Shrimp & Linguini
P&S Linguini
- 1 Lb. Fresh Shrimp (Tails Removed)
- 2 Jars Clam Juice
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Stick Salted Butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley – Chopped
- 2 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
In large skillet, combine oil and butter. When hot, add minced garlic, parsley and red pepper seed. Sauté for a minute or so. Add shrimp, sauté until pink. Add clam juice and wine. Cook at a simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste. Toss with P&S Linguini. Enjoy!
