Shrimp & Linguini

  • Shrimp & LinguiniP&S Linguini
  • 1 Lb. Fresh Shrimp (Tails Removed)
  • 2 Jars Clam Juice
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Stick Salted Butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley – Chopped
  • 2 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

In large skillet, combine oil and butter. When hot, add minced garlic, parsley and red pepper seed. Sauté for a minute or so. Add shrimp, sauté until pink. Add clam juice and wine. Cook at a simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste. Toss with P&S Linguini. Enjoy!
