Gnocchi with Sausage & Broccoli

  • P&S Gnocchi
  • P&S Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • 1 Lb. Sweet Italian Sausage, Casing Removed, Browned and Crumbled
  • 2 Bunches Broccoli, Steamed Al Dente
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Oil Cured Black Olives – Pitted & Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Anchovy Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper

Cook P&S Gnocchi according to package, reserving one cup cooking liquid. In large pot, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add sun-dried tomatoes, olives and anchovy paste. Add cooked, browned sausage and cooking liquid from Gnocchi. Add drained Gnocchi and broccoli florets and heat through. Add cheese, salt and pepper just before serving, passing additional cheese at the table.
