| Potato Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce | | Ingredients: | - 32oz P&S Potato Gnocchi
- 16oz P&S Tomato Sauce
| Bring 4 quarts of water to boil, add gnocchi and cook for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally.- While the gnocchi is cooking, heat the tomato sauce in a sauce pan over low heat. With a microwaveable safe container you can also use your microwave to heat the sauce.
- Drain gnocchi and place in a serving bowl. Top with tomato sauce and serve. Yields 4-6 servings.
